BERG 2023 - THE FINAL COUNTDOWN!

The heavy rains that have hit the Western Cape this month saw the Berg River break its hundred year flood line!

With two weeks to go to #TheUltimateCanoeRace the organising team is working overtime to make sure we can deliver a truly memorable race.

While paddlers can get excited by the full river, we urge everyone tripping and training to be extremely cautious and mindful of the many challenges posed by floods like this. Please watch our social media channels for updates as we get closer to the race.
