Just a couple more days until entries for the 2026 Berg River Canoe Marathon open and those paddlers with the fastest fingers get some big discounts.
Entries for the 2026 event will open on Wednesday, March 25, on the PaddleSport SA entry portal (https://paddler.paddlesportsa.com/) with an “Opening Week Special” and some attractive discounts for those paddlers who are quick off the line on Wednesday.
The following are the “Opening Week Specials”
(7 days only)
Opens: Wednesday, 25th March 2026
Closes: Midnight, Tuesday, 31st March 2026 (price increase from April 1)
Senior: R2 500 (R1 100 off the normal price)
Junior, U23 & Student: R1 200 (R1 300 off the normal price)
Development Senior: R1 500 (R500 off the normal price)
Development Junior: R1 000 (R200 off the normal price)
